Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for sessions and programmes cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.

2. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email with refund details.

3. Session Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule rather than cancel, contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will attempt to find an alternative time at no additional cost.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: access to online libraries or downloadable materials once accessed, group workshop attendance, and sessions delivered in full.

5. Payment Issues

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us immediately at info@tendonswrist.world with details. We will investigate and remedy valid claims promptly.

6. Partially Completed Programmes

For multi-session packages, refunds are calculated based on completed sessions. If you've attended 2 of 4 sessions, the remaining balance may be refunded if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of the next session.

7. Special Circumstances

We may offer refunds or credits in cases of illness, technical issues, or exceptional circumstances at our discretion. Contact us to discuss your situation.

8. Disputes

If you dispute a charge, first contact us to resolve the matter. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to your payment provider.
